In Math, we took Unit 7 test and began Unit 8. We reviewed money and making change.- Jonah
We practiced telling time by the minute.- Libby
We read Little Bear's Friend in reading.- Dexter
We read a book called, Hopper Hunts For Spring. We made a water-color picture of Hopper and worked on a writing piece that told Hopper what Spring isn't and what it is.- Isabel
We are working on our Winter writing. We are writing about the signs of winter, what is is like in winter, and what our favorite activities are in winter.- Elise
Mrs. Tooley came and talked about about Brazil and the rain forest. She shared photos, stories, and artifacts from the rain forest.- Khaila
We made a diorama of the layers of the rain forest. We added vines, a tarantula, and a leaf-cutter ant. We will continue to add things to the diorama as we learn about the rain forest in detail.- Tatiana
We learned a song about the layers of the rain forest.- Francesca
On Friday, we went to the International Fair. We visited the tables of different countries. My favorite one was India.-Sonia
On Thursday, we are performing at assembly. We will be Earth Savers. On Friday, we practiced in the theater.- Emma
We had an assembly on Jump for Heart. Dr Heart did a jump rope routine to two songs. For one song, he used light-up jump ropes.- Isabel
